SE LAThe Southeast Louisiana Clean Fuel Partnership is made up of local and state government agencies, private companies, non-profit organizations, and interested individuals who work to improve the region's environmental and public health, energy security and economic development opportunities by promoting policies and practices that reduce petroleum consumption in transportation. The Partnership's initiatives focus on:

·         alternative fuels and vehicles

·         legislative incentives

·         fuel economy

·         education through marketing

·       idle reduction

SLCFP is part of a network of more than 80 communities within the US Department of Energy's (DOE's) Clean Cities Program.
